Job Description:
- To adhere to and ensure coherent practice of the policies and procedures set in the quality manual for internal quality compliance and EduTrust requirements.
- Manage day to day Academy operations.
- Development and review of standard operating procedures for operations and quality control activities, as well as the review and continual improvement of relevant items in the quality manual.
- Manage full set accounts duties
- Familiar with millions accounting software is an advantage
- Prepare and submit timely records and reports as assigned.
- Assist Management whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-year work experience in the education industry
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Persuasive with details and facts
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment..
