- Greeting, welcoming, and guiding patients to their designated seats.
- Personalize each patient experience by using the patients’ names where known. Acknowledge their needs where known. Pass on the relevant patients’ information to the Clinic Manager and Supervisors.
- Serve patients refreshments and attend to their requests quickly and accurately.
- Sees patients off when they leave and remind them to take their belongings.
- Keep countertops and floor in service areas clean and sanitary.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level with a Certificate is an advantage
- At least 1 year of work experience in service or F&B industry is preferred
- Candidates with no working experience are also considered as training will be provided
- Pleasant personality with well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
- Good team player, self-motivated and with ability to work independently
- 5.5 days’ work week
- May be required to rotate between clinics
