Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement and support
- Optimise sales opportunities
- Monitoring and replenishment of stocks/inventory
- Analyse the sales performance within the department
- Handle the administrative functions of the department
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or those with 2 years of retail supervisory experience may apply
- Positive disposition and customer service oriented
- Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- A team player who is independent and able to work to work under pressure
- Required to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
