Salary: $2.3k - $2.6k/month + Commissions
Location: Jewel, Paragon, Vivocity, Suntec, Bugis
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn fundamentals of Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom
- Being on top of our brand's product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs
- You will deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items
- Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning
- Build positive relationships with consumers and teammates and be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business - be available to operate the cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary
Requirements:
- N Level and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Able to stand for long hours
- Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written English
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
