Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Scanning, photocopy of documents
- Maintain filing system
- Extracting data from excel and updating powerpoint slides
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification
- Attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Contract period – November 2023 to 31 January 2024
- Able to commit till the end of January 2024
