Work Description:
- Assist to manage stakeholder partners, agents and foreign client acquisition
- Business analyis, content curation and market research is crucial
- Prepare business reports, proposals, meeting minutes, board resolutions etc.
- Assist with drafting/revising general contracts, agreements, letter of engagement etc.
- Minor administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required
