- Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for e-Commerce application & systems
- Diagnose problems in several areas including operating systems, application
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Create technical guide documents
- Communicate with customers for application deployment and supports
- Work closely with Project Manager, QA team and developers to deliver according to the timeline
Job Requirement:
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems
- Basic knowledge in the following are also strongly encouraged to apply: JSP, ASP, Microsoft SQL, Web/Application server Technologies, E-commerce
- Experience configuring web and application servers
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Experience configuring web and application servers such as Apache HTTP, Resin, JBOSS AS, Apache Tomcat or Web Logic
