Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive with a strong emphasis on account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing accounts.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans for existing accounts.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and align our products/services to meet their needs.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Effectively communicate product updates, promotions, and new offerings to existing clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role with a focus on account management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
