position: Administration cum Account Asst Manager

Responsibilities:
- prepare PO, Invoice, Quotation, DO, GR, CI, PS, into XERO
- prepare & track payments via various mode like cheque, TT, GIRO, WU
- prepare & track payment vouchers.
- process & track staff monthly CPF, OT, claims, leave, and salaries.
- prepare & track monthly GST file and submission.
- manage office equipment and stationery ordering.
- maintain & update company related licenses & ISO to ensure compliance.
- work closely with suppliers/customers/forwarder to ensure smooth & timely closure.
- perform general administrative duties like memo, filing, documentation, mailing & postage.
- perform account reconcile, P&L, BL, GL, AR, AP
- prepare & submit MOM permits such as WP SP EP
- prepare & submit staff monthly CPF.
- handling logistics and shipping documents.
- provide secretarial support to management.
- maintain & update inventory are in order with periodic monthly schedule audit.
- maintain a detailed suppliers/customers database to track & monitor.
- provide office HR and recruitment support.
- maintain & update Employee Handbook and HRM APP
- provide administrative support to shipping, customs, and insurance declaration.
- identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities.
- ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year administrative accounting work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office, XERO, SQL, HRM,
- Strong analytical mind, problem-solving skill
- Goal driven, creative, dynamic, and independent.
- Able to multi-task, highly organized,
- Detail oriented, a good team player
