Job Descriptions
- Provide manpower projections on a monthly basis to relevant stakeholders
- Consolidate manpower allocation from project leads and timely updates in SAP
- Provide advice on manpower expenditures for grant management
- Oversee and consolidate monthly/ quarterly HC reconciliation and run ad hoc reports required for manpower budgeting
- Check and quarterly submission of fund requisitions
- Ensure reconciliation of financial accounts with fund requisitions
- Ensure right-charging for bonus re-fractionation
- Do billing and charging of services provided
- Maintain and update employee records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Business Administrative/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in administrative/finance activities
- Require a clear understanding of organization policies on grant management
- Proficient in MS excel skills and presentation of information in a logical approach
- Meticulous individual with experience and knowledge in using SAP and finance background
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as a team
