In your new role you will:
- Define reliability assessment plan for new package technologies with failure mechanism-based approach and determine the technical capability of a package technology to meet the specified reliability requirements (including customer mission profile
- Identify new failure modes, detect unexpected results, statistical outliers and also potential risks which are not covered by standard
- Execute reliability stress tests and physical analyses, evaluate and assess reliability data, derive conclusions and recommendation
- Participate in project discussions on package delta analyses and risk assessments
- Support qualification of new packages / processes and production changes
- Support department initiatives and projects to enable digital transformation
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science / Physics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Experience in test program setup and product testing, especially on automotive product development
- Be able to work independently, pro-actively and drive value through improvement activities.
- Be a strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Problem solving technique, statistical analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodology.
- Familiarity with Digitalization projects will be advantageous.
- Using Python programming and Tableau will be advantageous.
