As our Product Development Software Engineer, you will join a team of specialised engineers to design, develop, test, and operationalise our indigenous and robustness cybersecurity products.
· We are looking for a hands-on and motivated individual who possess knowledge on software development and business analytics skill, to work on inhouse product for the company.
· Work closely with all the relevant stakeholders to translate the operational & business requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
· Work as a product developer to collectively manage the whole product development lifecycle from system design, development testing, and production.
· Design, build and maintain software eco-system for managed entities.
· Identify bottlenecks and resolved bugs identified by developed systems.
· Identify, diagnose, track and resolve software issues, tracking them on helpdesk software.
· Keep track of user change request and develop required enhancement for system’s ongoing improvements.
· Communicate with business unit to identify requirement and implement solutions to developed product.
· Manage product timeline and ensure product development and implementation is on track.
· Identify any risk of implementation and highlight concerns to Project lead / Business stakeholders.
· Provide software support and user access maintenance for implemented software.
· Provide hosting support and maintenance for cloud hosting platforms.
· Regular backup and archiving of codes and data
· Provide clear documentation of developed products and tools.
Requirements
· Candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in the field of Information Technology, Information Communication. Computer Science, or equivalent
· Programming Skills / Experience (Familiar in LAMP environment, Linux Apache Mysql PHP)
· Native programming languages for IOS and Android
· Experienced in software design and database design
· Experienced in system integrations (webservices / interfaces)
· Experienced in Caching, Large data organization and Security
· Soft skills – Process analysis, Problem Solving, Communication, Time management and Teamwork Skills
