Responsibilities:
- Assist and participate in end-to-end recruitment process, which includes posting of job advertisements, reviewing of applications, salary benchmarking, arrange and conduct interviews.
- Process work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding process for all staff (inclusive of orientation, exit chats).
- Administer staff training, including the collation and compilation of the company's training needs for implementation, applying for training grants, and submitting training claims.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing and presentation abilities.
