Sports Curriculum Curator and Coaching
Permanent full-time position or Permanent Part-time Position
Need to travel around to coach at different schools.
Full time Position: (Monthly pay) Permanent Part-time Position: (Pay by Session)
The Coach will be entrusted to ensure that learners achieved the following learning outcomes:
- Develop student motor and sports skills through designated moves.
- Build love and passion for sports through creating a fun and exciting environment
- Teach and reinforce social skills, cultural development, and kinetic abilities
- Raise the student’s self-esteem.
Believe in: Every Child is a star in Sports and nurture them to be a champion of their own rights
Coaches should demonstrate the following qualities:
- Love and sincere to work with children
- Working with children between 3 to 6 yrs old
- Love sports, able to jump and punch with children
- Understand the objectives and the effectiveness of the curriculum
- Patience and Loving
- Ability to give clear instructions on the moves.
- Ability to motivate and intrigue the children in activities
- Enthusiastic and super energetic
- Able to appreciate the individual strengths of the children.
- Appreciate the values system and strive to reinforce them
- Seek to find happiness in learning with the children.
- Love children, engaging, able to understand children’s emotions
- Some martial arts background preferred (not hard criteria)
- May need to speak Mandarin at times.
- Knowledge on Fundamental Movement Skills preferred (not hard criteria)
*Training will be provided for Coaches to be proficient in delivering the Wushu Programmes for the children.
