Responsibilities
· Service existing clients of the company assigned to you.
· Canvassing for new clients and working on sales lead assigned to you.
· Conduct tele-marketing and sales visits if necessary
· Assisting the accounts department to ensured timely payment from clients under your care.
· Assisting to collect shipping documents from Shipping Lines and Various Trade Department if required.
· Co-ordinate with customers & overseas vendors on shipment status
You are also required to perform to the best of your ability for any other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by the Management or your immediate superior.
