Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and taxation consultancy services to our clients in Singapore
- Handle full sets of accounts using computerized accounting software (MYOB)
- Prepare unaudited financial statements in compliance with SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards)
- Prepare XBRL reports for submission to ACRA (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority) when required.
- Prepare and file GST (Goods & Services Tax) returns to IRAS on behalf of clients
- Compute and file Corporate Tax returns and Personal Tax returns on behalf of clients
- Liaise with clients to ensure availability and completeness of accounting and financial records
- Liaise with tax representatives and assist clients in preparing necessary documents upon inquiry
- Liaise with auditors to ensure audit objectives are met and comply with Singapore Standards on Auditing
- Liaise with the Singapore Department of Statistics on related annual survey services
- Review work done by executives
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards and Taxation
- Knowledge and experience using MYOB software preferred
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Client oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a positive work attitude and good team spirit
