Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and recording of cash pooling
- Ensure bank accounts in multiple currencies are adequately funded for payment purpose
- Identify excess fund in bank accounts for short term fixed deposit placement
- Front office function for forex execution
- Working with other business and corporate departments on hedging strategies
- Monitoring of auto update of daily exchange rate
- Preparation of forex exposure position report
- Reconciliation of monthly bank fees
- Liaise with banks on transaction enquiry and KYC matters
- Obtain and update interest rates
- Input for yearly budget and monthly forecast
- Prepare market updates report and other finance related reports
- Back up for incoming fund clearing
- Support any others finance related ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 3-4 years of related finance working experience
- Experience in SAP is a plus
