Key Responsibilities:
- Support Benefits and Wellness (B&W) projects and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
- Administer awards programs according to defined criteria by MOH or Cluster, organize panel review and handle submission;
- Assist in managing cluster’s benefits (including Long Service Awards), wellness and well being programs;
- Administer cluster benefits policy and matters within CA, including medical benefits and insurance renewal;
- Participate and support committees in organizing cluster’s key events such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses’ Day and AHPs’ Day, etc;
- Support queries on Benefits Policy, S3, Awards, etc;
- Participate in other projects where assigned.
Key Requirements
- A good degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works. Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
- Good people management experience with strong interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc.
- Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
