Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist members with processing enrolment, orders, and some cashier duties
- Data entry and filling
- Handling of email and phone call enquiries
- Assist customer with their fitting and product information (Training will be provided)
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to achieve business objectives
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to read and write in Traditional Chinese – as to liaise with relevant counterparts
