Job Description:
- Assist Doctor during patient consultation and patient flow while consulting
- Assist Doctor in minor examination procedures in room
- Answering all enquiries, schedule patient’s appointment
- Data entry of patient information
- Dispensing and explaining medication to patient
- Filing and tracing of patients’ records
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Educate patients on health-related problems
- Counselling pre/post Op patient
- Educate patient on Integrated Shield Plan medi-claims
- Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
- Admission and operation arrangements
- Stock management of surgical supplies
- Assist the Director of Operations in all duties that are assigned by her
- General Office duties
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
- Possess interest and aptitude in the applied field
- Pro-active, patient-oriented and progressive
- Ability to prioritize and exceed expectations
- Able to work in a stressful environment and has a good coping mechanism
- Has empathy and problem-solving attitude
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum GCE “N” Levels
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare
- Applicants must be fully vaccinated (according to MOH guidelines w.e.f. 14 Feb 2022). Proof of vaccination, or doctor’s memo for those who are medically ineligible for vaccination, may be requested for verification purposes.
