- Generate accurate Purchase Orders promptly for approval
- Handle Purchase Orders from PML, QL, external vendors, and Accounting
- Arrange STA inspections for road tax renewals
- Maintain precise vehicle locations
- Source cost-effective parts from export cars when needed
- Ensure precise number plates ordering
- Manage loan cars and related forms
- Support and participate in sales events
- Accurately order parts from PML/QL Parts department
- Plan and coordinate car movement in the reconditioning chain
- Forecast showroom stock levels and delivery times (KPI of 7 days)
- Support efficient reconditioning chain operations
- Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of stock movement
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers
- Manage projects for showroom readiness and Sales/Carnival events
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of admin experience.
- Class 3 driving license (need to shift and shuffle vehicles once in a while)
