About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Program Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs within our hospital, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and execute programs in accordance with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including hospital staff, management, and external partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of program deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance guidelines.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Expertise in Program Management and Clinical Adoption strategy implementation.
