You will be a valued member in our award-winning Product team, responsible for creating products for consumers across over 60 countries. In this unique position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet all relevant regulatory and safety standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our gaming chairs are safe, reliable, and compliant with industry regulations.
Our Product team is involved with all Secretlab’s industry-leading designs, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand regional and international compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of compliance strategies to ensure our products meet all necessary standards.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to integrate compliance considerations into the product development process.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they meet our compliance requirements.
- Participate in post market surveillance control processes to identify and address compliance issues during the production phase.
- Coordinate and oversee product testing with external laboratories to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical sciences, engineering, product management etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English & Mandarin (verbal and written, for liaising with Mandarin speaking vendors)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of product safety standards and regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Travelling may be required.
