Compensation & Benefits, Manpower Planning, HRIS Support
- Preparing and generating monthly HR reports such as headcount, attrition & retention, manpower budgeting & costing and slides for internal presentation government and stakeholders statutory reporting and submissions (for e.g. MOM surveys, etc.).
- Conduct data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs for management review.
- Managing and administering the employee performance reviews and processes.
- Managing and facilitating the annual manpower planning, monnitoring, reporting, and budgeting process.
- Providing HR Information Systems (HRIS) support through partnership with IT, HRIS vendor and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Administering all annual increment, promotion increments, Annual Wage Supplement and bonus payouts.
- Partnering closely with the HRBPs on compensation & benefits strategy and execution.
- Reviewing and implementing HR policies in compliance with government legislation and ensure efficiency and compliance of HR department's internal workflow and
Requirement :
- Min Degree in any course
- Min 3 year of Comp and Ben experience
