Project Engineer
Job Descriptions
- Takes charge of day to day running of projects and updating of plans & schedules as and when there are variations to them.
- Manages resources & directs project works to achieve quality, safe & cost effective management of projects.
- Ensures that projects stay within budget and are completed on time.
- Documents project interfacing matters both internally and externally, & submit proposals for claims including contract variations, e.g. specification changes, extension of times etc.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractor for installation matters, internal team for T&C related issues and maintenance team for operation issues.
- To attend site meetings and site inspections with clients for smooth handing over.
- Any other ad-hoc matters/issues assign by Dept Head/Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related Engineering and its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in a lift & escalator industry or Construction industry.
