Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coach and direct activities of Store Managers in the achievement of business objectives and efficient and effective store operations
- Execute retail operating procedures policies and ensure standards are met
- Pass information effectively between Management and Ground staff
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and complain
- Perform indoor sales, merchandising and cashiering duties
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managerial position
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, positive, proactive and customer-focused
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
