You will be part of our Marketing Team in charge of generating leads to drive growth for our respective business units. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will support the team in the planning, execution, and review of marketing strategies that will drive lead generation and business impact. You will be expected to brainstorm creative ideas and be hands-on in driving marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales/ leasing activities
· To execute necessary marketing & sales/ leasing activities as planned
· Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, social media/ digital marketing, videos, etc.
· Liaise with vendors/external parties for their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery in a timely manner
· To monitor A&P budget and expenditure
· Liaise and work with appointed marketing agencies to ensure high sales conversion of the property
· Possess good knowledge of the residential/ office property markets
· Familiar with sales/ leasing administration and tenancy matters, including conveyancing timeline & processes, including PDI & Sales and Purchase Agreement
· Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears
· Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently
· Must be willing to undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time
· Assist day to day operations of the Sales & Leasing department
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
· At least 3 years of marketing experience in property or real estate development industry
· Prior working experience in Property Developer companies preferred.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good team player, resourceful and driven and able to work independently
· Possess positive disposition, initiative, independent and is self-motivated
· Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
