1. IT project / Operations PMO skills
2. Documentation and basic understanding of system landscape
3. Contact Centre Tools and application knowledge.
4.Manages IT operations task for Contact Centre.
5.Create the operations and maintenance schedule for the systems. 6.Helps co-ordinate with the teams to perform their operational activities.
7. Prepare relevant system reports for internal and external stakeholders.
