Responsibilities:
- Develops business strategies, policies, and operating plans of the business; gathers relevant information and direction from senior management and other key organization business leaders.
- Directs country objectives to ensure annual budget revenue, volume, and profit targets and line profitability goals are met or exceeded.
- Reviews and ensure alignment with overall business direction and conform to prevailing regional and legal requirements.
- Oversees long-term planning for the area to ensure future growth and development of the business are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develops and proposes operating and capital expenditure budgets for review and approval by senior management.
- Analyzes operating results and its principal components relative to established objectives.
- Collaborates with senior management to develop strategies, initiatives and processes that have impact on the business unit.
- Works across functions with peers in areas to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 8 years of relevant management.
- Require an extensive range of communication techniques to respond to potentially tense, conflicting, or highly competitive situation.
- Highly analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving, with strong creatively.
- Strong leadership and multi-culture skills in a diverse environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (liaise with Mandarin speaking associates for work purposes).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
