Contract: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)
Working Hours/Days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the APAC Regional Product and Marketing Communication Teams to successfully drive the brand & product strategy & other initiatives in the Region.
This role is reporting to Assistant Director – Commercial & Merchandising, Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product codifications, product information, sales sheet, etc.
- Sample management, courier arrangements and photo shoot coordination.
- Assist marketing manager to co-ordinate with external agencies, merchandising jobs and other deliverables like GWPs.
- Maintain and update visual & image library periodically, usage rights charts, update aDAM, etc.
- Periodic coordination with markets for report consolidation and follow-up.
- Sales Report generation from SAP.
- Administrative support for Annual Marketing Meeting.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing or other related
- Prior experience in Merchandising / Admin
- Competent in negotiations, multi-tasking and coordination work with different teams
- Proficiency in Photoshop, MS applications including Power Point, Word and Excel, SAP user preferable
