Job Description:
NewByte is seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. As a vital component of our e-commerce platform, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NewByte TikTok Shop. This includes inventory management, handling daily shipments, product listings, video shooting and editing, influencer communication, and data organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth platform operations.
- Oversee inventory management including monitoring stock levels, ordering, and organizing inventory.
- Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks.
- Responsible for product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Shoot and edit product videos to enhance product presentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with influencers and other partners to maintain strong collaborative relationships.
- Collect and organize sales and operational data.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Prior e-commerce experience is preferred.
