Job Description
- Conduct Candidate Research, Calls and Interviews
- Develop and nurture existing key accounts to look for new cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Building new business opportunities through business development
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build relationship with candidates & clients via sharing market insights
- Support event and budget activities
The Successful Applicant
- About 2 years of recruitment experience either for an agency or in-house
- Interest in the Luxury Retail space is a plus
- CEI Certified
- Comfortable working with C-suite decision makers
