Job Scope
- Review linen purchases on a yearly basis
- Ensure that the linen are stored in a proper environment so as to minimise the growth of mould
- Keep a proper inventory of the linen equipment and linen and ensure that there is proper documentation of the handlng over of the quantity of linen to and from the laundry contractor
- Conduct daily checks on the items returned by the laundry contractor to assess the condition and cleanliness of the returned items. Adverse findings will be reported to the MO or COO and laundry contractor.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dirty linen area and the linen store
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dirty linen area and the linen store
- Ensure the quantity of the clean linen delivered to the wards according to the par level and in a safety manner
- Mend torn linen if can be recycled
Requirement
- Comfortable to lift heavy loads
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8am - 530pm
Alternate Saturday: 8am - 1pm
