Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Visualization:Develop visual concepts and ideas for projects based on creative briefs and requirements.
Transform ideas into visual representations using various design elements.
Graphic Design:Design and create visual content for both print and digital platforms.
Produce engaging and innovative designs for branding, marketing collateral, social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
Layout and Composition:Determine the arrangement of visual elements on a page or screen, including text and images.
Ensure a cohesive and visually appealing layout that aligns with the project goals.
Software Proficiency:Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools to create designs.
Stay updated on emerging design trends and software advancements.
Typography:Select and incorporate appropriate fonts and typography to enhance the visual appeal of designs.
Ensure readability and alignment with brand guidelines.
Color Theory:Apply principles of color theory to create visually appealing designs.
Maintain consistency in color usage and adhere to brand color guidelines.
Client Interaction:Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Present design concepts and receive feedback for revisions.
Image Editing:Manipulate and edit images to enhance their visual impact.
Ensure high-quality and resolution of images used in designs.
Print Production:Prepare designs for print production, considering specifications such as color profiles and bleed.
Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality print materials.
Brand Consistency:Ensure consistency in design elements across all brand materials.
Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of brand visuals.
Time Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
