Consultancy:
- Preparation of Tender documents
- Evaluation of tender submission
- Award of contract
- Attend site meetings
- Certification of progress claims
- Final account
Admin:
- Prepare quotation
- Shipping and general administration
Abilities, Skills, Knowledge (ASK):
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Building, Real Estate, Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
