Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and growing fast in SEA, we are looking for self-driven, innovative, and collaborative media sales leader to help drive this growth story.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head of Community to spearhead the strategic initiatives aimed at achieving substantial user and community growth while driving impactful conversions within our community ecosystem. You will lead the development of our Supermom’s franchisee, execution of comprehensive community engagement strategies, fostering the expansion of our user base and enhancing the overall vitality of our community.

This includes identifying, recruiting, and empowering key opinion mothers to be content creators, optimizing their contributions to drive meaningful conversions. The more than earn, the more revenue Supermom will generate. Your focus extends to creating an environment that not only attracts new users but also retains and activates existing members, ensuring a thriving and interconnected community. Through your leadership, we aim to achieve sustainable growth, increased user engagement, and measurable conversions, establishing our community as a pivotal asset in Supermom success.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve substantial user and community growth, ensuring alignment with Supermom's overarching goals.
  • Franchisee Development: Lead the development of Supermom's franchisee, implementing plans to expand our group admin distribution, affiliate users and owned community. Implement revenue-sharing arrangements for affiliate users and admin group members.
  • Community Engagement Strategies: Devise and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies, fostering the expansion of our user base and enhancing the overall vitality of our community.
  • Key Opinion Mother Empowerment: Identify, recruit, and empower Key Opinion Mothers (KOMs) to become content creators, optimizing their contributions to drive meaningful conversions.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement activation strategies to encourage KOMs to generate content that drives revenue, aligning their earnings with Supermom's overall revenue generation.
  • User Retention and Activation: Focus on creating an environment that attracts new users while ensuring the retention and activation of existing community members, fostering a thriving and interconnected community for families.
  • Training and Development: Develop comprehensive training materials for affiliate partners and admin group users. Continuously collect feedback and data through
  • surveys to improve training programs. Conduct training sessions to enhance affiliate and admin group users' skills.
  • Managing Teams: Manage community teams that are responsible for 3 distinctive role: Hunter, Farmer, and Activator, each focusing on specific aspects of community growth and engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the community team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that aligns with Supermom's values and objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on community growth, user engagement, and conversions, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Through your leadership, we aim to achieve sustainable growth, increased user engagement, and measurable conversions (3X ROI and contribute to >20% FY fulfilment targets), establishing our community as a pivotal asset in Supermom success.
  • Measure success based on the number of affiliate partners and admin group users added in each market.
  • Monitor retention rates to ensure long-term community engagement.
  • Track the number of new users acquired through affiliate partners and admin groups.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training sessions and branding messages.
  • Assess the number of campaign activations via the community platform as a primary success indicator.
  • Proven experience in community management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and markets.
