As a member of our family-owned business, you will support the development of Heinemann’s footprint within the Asia Pacific region by identifying and analysing business opportunities across the Region. As a Trainee in Corporate Strategy and Business Development, you will
- evaluate and analyse Heinemann’s business development opportunities across Retail and Distribution sales pillars within Asia Pacific.
- assist in development of financial projections and scenario analysis to support the proposed strategies.
- collaborate and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external business partners, agencies and consultants to support business development, project management and networking initiatives.
What you should bring along
- a Masters in Business, or any related discipline with at least 5 years of practical experience in a Business Development function preferably within the Retail industry or within a Consulting firm.
- proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
- fluency in verbal and written English communication skills.
- strong analytical, project and time management skills and a high level of proficiency in business modelling and negotiations.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- an organised and structured approach with keen attention to details.
