We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Product Department of Super Free Games. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build FUN games and create features that go live to hundreds of thousands of users! You’ll create constant and immediate impact in these games while being intellectually challenged. Your ideas will be peer-reviewed and communicated across teams. The ideal candidate would also have the technical background and experience bringing games from ideation phase to live.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Analyze data, develop insights, make decisions, and define actions to take.
● Write specs for new games and features that will drive high impact
● Work collaboratively with your team members as well as Game Designers, Engineers, Artists, and UI/UX Designers.
● Use the scientific method to create experiments and make predictions that will help optimize our games.
● Teach your fellow team members and learn from them too.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Synthesize large amounts of information from multiple disciplines quickly to make decisions
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
● Empathy. Understanding what drives the emotions of players
● Exceptional attention to detail. Often the tiniest factors have the biggest impact.
● Experience working across multiple teams including Game Design, Engineering, Art, UI/UX Design
● 4+ years experience in Mobile Games Product Management
