Job Duties
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Inspection of work carried by our Cleaning Supervisors/Cleaners to ensure SOP is adhered to.
- Work with Managers and liaise with clients to improve existing processes and suggest productivity to improve methods.
- Communicate safe usage of cleaning products, equipment and machinery (i.e floor scrubbing machine, ride-on sweeper, Carpet cleaning machine) to cleaners/supervisors.
- Ensure Safety is practised at work at all times.
- Conduct checks on hygiene factors, decorum, etc.
- Conduct training and refresher courses for the cleaners/supervisors.
- Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
