Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions/control activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, income, general cashier, cost, etc
- Handle full sets of accounts confidentally, quickly and accurately and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Standards
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and payments to customers, suppliers, etc
- Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules
- Weekly cash flow reporting
- Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns (financial statements, etc)
- Preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting
- Ensuring accounting standards and policies are adhered to
- Reporting consolidated results at a group level
- Improve accounting processes and procedures
- Familiar with IR21, AIS, Tax Clearance and other tax matters
Requirements
- Must possess Professional Finance qualifications or equivalent. (ACCA/CPA)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar program
- IT knowledge in Accounting systems (MYOB/Autocount), data-processing skills, analytical and communication skills.
- Hardworking, responsible and take pride in your work
- At least 10 years of work experience in Accounting
- Central location
- 5 day work week
