Position objective and summary
- Monitor, plan and organise the waste/wastewater treatment system processing activities.
- Submit reports on performance and progress
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- Manage Shift Teams for daily operation activities.
- Ensure safe & smooth operation of systems & equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Check on production output according to specifications.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Train and guide operators on safety protocol, work procedures & SOPs
Job requirements
- Relevant Diploma with 2+ yrs/ Nitec with 3+ yrs relevant work experience
- Experience in evaporator & process plant supervisory role will be advantageous.
- Experience working in EHS and Permit-To-Work system
- Able to speak, read and write in English and Chinese
- Good in communication skills and building teamwork among members of diverse cultures.
- Singaporean & PR preferred
