We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Executives. This position is open to individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in the banking industry. As a Loan Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to loan creation, disbursement of SME loans, and processing audit confirmation requests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform completeness check on audit confirmation request form/online request from customers/auditors
- Daily processing/data input of customer request on timely and accurate basis
- Verification of customers/auditors instruction against bank system
- Attend to enquiries from stakeholders pertaining to request handling
- Manageexception cases and escalate to team lead if necessary
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to handle enquiries from stakeholders.
- Ability to manage exception cases and escalate issues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with banking systems and processes is a plus.
