Responsibilities:
✅Technical support to internal customers and external customers.
✅Innovate to provide excellent service in terms of services & equipment.
✅Write Specifications and Technical reports
✅Work with contract technicians to visit customers to fix the problem.
✅Check and grade the return stocks
✅Work with customers to identify product problems & recommend solution.
✅Work with teams to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
✅Prepare defect reports to communicate with factories’ Quality assurance
✅Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by manager.
✅Perform new products on field-testing.
Requirements:
- ITE/ Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in home appliances products
- Fluent in English communication with interpersonal skill
- Literary in SAP system & proficient in MS Office
