Kantar is the world’s leading evidence-based insights and consulting company and this role is responsible for ensuring brilliant project delivery which involves being able to conceptualize, design and implement custom insights project end to end working along with a team to delight clients.
With a strong grounding in qualitative techniques you should be comfortable working with different data sources to expertly bring a point of view to clients. We are also passionate about cultivating talent and as a Consultant you will have a role to play in upskilling people through on the job training and guidance.
A critical success factor in this role will be demonstration of curiosity along with the ability to multi task and a strong growth mindset.

- Proactivity in handling day to day client relationship
- Excellent active listening and communication skills and ability to handle and resolve client queries with minimal guidance

Taking ownership of quality and timely project delivery
- Consistent track record in designing and delivering qualitative projects (at least 5 – demonstrated ability)
- Experienced in a range of research techniques and models and keen to learn more

- Able to translate the what (data) into so what (takeaways and insights) that address clients’ briefs
- High quality story-telling that addresses client brief and scope sold

- Hands on end to end project delivery experience
- Collaborative and can work well with a team of senior and junior people as part of wider project teams
- Able to transfer technical skills to juniors (project execution training)

- Ensure all deliverables meet client needs and generate strong insight and impact for clients business
- Work/Lead Associates and Senior Associates to ensure quality and timely delivery, and help train new members to the team
- Help other team members to ensure projects are set up accurately, ensuring best practices are adhered to and instructing methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency, while helping them to ensure they understand the key elements of research and methodologies
- Maintain relationship with key clients on day to day basis
- Build strong relationships and deliver to account responsibilities sufficiently to retain clients and maintain existing business
