- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
- Salary: $2600 - $3000
- Office Location: Beach Road // Working Location: International Building (Orchard)
Responsibilities:
1. Administer car park operation
(i) Handle renewal of season parking
(ii) Handle purchase of complimentary parking
(iii) Handle day to day car park operation
2. Handle signage matter
(i) Handle new sign for new tenant as well as change of sign
(ii) Check and monitor digital sign on level 1 as well as in car park lift to update content.
3. Administer cleaning contract which include daily inspection, propose for improvement and necessary upgrading.
(i.) Conduct daily inspection to the toilet and common area cleaning.
(ii.) Check cleaning contractor manpower deployment.
(iii.) Control cleaner performance and behaviour.
(iv.) Ensure toilet hygiene accessories in good working condition.
4. Building inspection.
(i) While carry out cleaning inspection , at the same time to carry out building inspection to identify defects.
5. Any other assignments that may be given by company.
