Our client is a high end TCM medical group who is looking for a clinic manager to join their dynamic team:
- Overall in charge of the clinic operations and consultants (development training, code of conduct, commission planning, roster planning, staff welfare and etc).
- Assist in monthly or quarterly clinic promotional activities and propose new strategies for business growth.
- Attend to customer inquiries, deliver top-notch customer service and build sustainable relationships with patients to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) to help patients enhance their overall health and wellness.
- Work with physicians to develop suitable treatment plans for every patient.
- Educate patients about the clinic's products and services effectively.
Requirements
- Preferably 5 years experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Working schedule: 5-day work week with 1 weekend off (off days will be split 1 weekday and 1 weekend) 830am-615pm/1140am-930pm/930am-715pm
- Willing to travel as the clinics are based islandwide.
