The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who possess strong leadership, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
· To lead and manage a team of technicians on field.
· To ensure all equipment functioning satisfactory and safely.
· To maintain repairs for all electrical systems.
· To inspect and maintain all air-conditioning/ventilation equipment.
· To inspect and maintain the plumbing/sanitary systems.
· To perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
· Possess at least NTC 3, NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.
· At least 1–2-year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
· Able to work on 5 days, 3 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
