Scope of Work
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; basic troubleshooting of network problems; escalating problems to vendor
- Administer and manage switches, routers, firewall and anti-virus systems
- Responsible for testing, commissioning, configuration, maintenance and operation of new network equipment
- Assist with VPN configurations and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN and LAN/WAN technologies such as TCP/IP networking
- Strong knowledge on Huawei, HP, HPe, Aruba, , Dell network products
- Experience with Network Security is advantageous
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Network support experience for the with a CCNP or HCIP certification
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Networking/Computer Studies or any related field.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Possess good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
