Our reputable client in Singapore is looking for QA Engineer to join their team in Singapore.
- Accelerate the delivery and overall improve the quality of products by developing and executing test plans that ensure the best possible customer experience
- Have the passion for developing and supporting the growth of next-generation software architectures, show enthusiasm towards learning new technologies, and inspire innovation within the team
- Manage complex, cross-functional Program Increments, and Agile Deliveries
- Be comfortable discussing / explaining - technical decisions and trade-offs with Engineering and Management teams
- Work closely with cross-functional groups including internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, etc.), and external customers/vendors to formalize program and project testing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (master’s degree preferred) or relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, Automation framework design (desirable), or related experience
- Experience writing test cases in Java, Python or Javascript / Typescript
- Experience building and executing automated scripts using automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Mocha, etc.
- Experience working on any of the UI automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestCafe, Playwright.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, create and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results
- Experience with Atlassian’s suite of products (JIRA, Stash, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Experience working on any of the UI automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestCafe, Playwright is an additional advantage
