Customer Relations Officer / Executive
Working Time: Monday to Sunday (11am to 9pm) - Work 6 days per week, off day on Weekday
Office: Ang Mo Kio Ave
Working Locations: Outlets (Shopping Mall, to be advised later)
Salary: $ 3000 - $ 4000
Responsibilities:
- Attend to the daily operations of the front desk of a hair salon and perform the necessary tasks / services at any reception counter.
- Arrange customers’ appointments. Assist customers on any enquiries (including services / products), feedback, complains and compliments.
- Assist and manage any promotions, events if any of the salon.
- Managing the front desk including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- General Administrative duties and regular reporting to the management
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirement:
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
